Carrie Underwood Rocks the ‘GMA’ and Announces her ‘Blown Away’ Tour Dates
She rocked the GMA with her performance and has now announced some dates for the ‘Blown Away’ tour. It is a busy season for Carrie Underwood who is known for hits such as ‘Good Girl’. Her fans were treated to a spectacle at the Times Square. She hopes to visit the big cities across the USA starting this fall. The release of the latest album has gone smoothly and it seems that the singer is anxious to celebrate her success and good fortune. On Monday she was on ‘Good Morning America’, an important television engagement if you really want to market your music. She gave an exclusive interview before moving on to the ABC Morning Show. That was followed by the live performances and an announcement concerning the tour dates that she had in mind.
A rising star who is working very hard at her career
You will probably remember Carrie Underwood from escapades in ‘American Idol’ which she eventually won. During her live performance, she showed off some of the skills that took her to the top of the league. The star was wearing a black and white monochrome pair of Rag & Bone jeans. She then topped it off with a tuxedo jacket and a rhinestone necklace on which the title of new CD was imprinted. The performance included ‘Cupid Got a Shotgun’ and ‘Cowboy Casanova’. Nobody was left in doubt that the singer had every intention of delivering on the promise of a tour.
Later on Carrie Underwood had a friendly chat with Robin Roberts about one of her pieces: “It’s such a fun, rocking song. I was lucky enough to be in the room and be a co-writer on the song. It was just all about having fun and showing some attitude. We, as ladies, have a lot of layers to us. We definitely have our good sides and our bad sides. So it was fun to kind of play off of that.” The last album that she did was ironically titled ‘Play On’. She says that she wanted to change a few things and that is why it took some time to come up with the latest piece.
