Axl Rose has fallen headfirst during the Guns N’ Roses’ Hellfest show

It seems that the Hellfest Show took its toll on the ‘Guns N’ Roses’. According to reports Axl Rose fell headfast during the show. Apparently he took one of the most comically brilliantly faceplants in the history of rock ‘n’ roll. This was in Clisson (France). The ‘Welcome to the Tumble’ performance was given by the frontman on the stairs of the drum riser.

Embarrassing moments on stage

The incident happened during a delivery of ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ when Axl Rose experienced a legendary fall. The current GN’R lineup played the intro and then the frontman began to ascend the stairs from the direct of the stage (Left). Just a second before the first verse, he fell and his cowboy hat flew off his head. Incredibly his sunglasses defied the laws of physics by remaining intact throughout the incident.

Nevertheless the singer did not miss a single word. The only sign that he was perturbed came when he started with the wrong verse. He gathered his wits and continued with the classic track. That is real professionalism. Axl Rose had another spill in Liverpool (England) earlier this year. Apparently he fell backwards on stage. The same thing happened to him in Russia when he fell off a table during an after-show party. That led to a bruised leg.

The incident on the 20^th of May forced him to seek medical treatment backstage. Since the accident the band has continued with their concerts until Clisson when the frontman lost his bearings once more. This is in addition to an incident that infuriated him when his three gold-and-diamond necklaces were stolen at a private gather, only to be returned later.
