Michael Jackson’s Siblings Hit Back: the Late Singer’s Will is Written off as Being Fraudulent, Flawed and Fake

Clearly Michael Jackson’s siblings are not impressed by the new will which they deem to be ‘fake, flawed and fraudulent’. In a sign that there are still many more disputes concerning the controversial King of Pop, his family is now disputing the latest legal documents concerning his estate. Rebbie, Randy, Tito, Jermaine and Janet Jackson are united in their opposition to the new claim. They say that their brother never confirmed his will.

-      Who is telling the truth? Five of the singer’s siblings say that their brother did not actually sign his will. Consequently they have labeled it illegal ‘without question’. The disputed will was created on the 7th of July 2002 but the family says that it is a fake. Apparently it is signed by Michael Jackson in Los Angeles at a time when he was in New York.

The details of the will are not without their controversies. It says that his estate should be handed over to his lawyers to look after it until his children are old enough to take over. Prince is now 15, Paris is 14 and Blanket is 10. The singer’s assets were to be put in a trust that would benefit his children as well as his mother Katherine. He is also said to have made some donations to his favorite charities.

The controversies rage on even after Michael is gone

The five siblings have written a letter to the estate lawyers Branca and McClain. They say that there is a conspiracy surrounding their brother’s death and that fear or manipulation is being used to cover up that conspiracy. The family accused the legal firm of having an agenda of heartless pursuit of wealth, power and fame (at the family’s expense). Furthermore the siblings claim that their deepest desire is to give the world a gift of love, hope and unity through music.

The letter continues that Michael Jackson told his siblings that he despised the lawyers prior to his death. Furthermore they claim that the singer asserted that he did not want the lawyers to have anything to do with his estate. According to the letter, the stress of managing the estate is putting a strain on their mother Katherine’s health. Their assertion that she recently had a mini-stroke has been disputed by one of Jackson’s children according to some newspaper reports. Meanwhile Jackson’s other siblings Jackie and LaToya have not signed the letter.
