Jake Bugg has Unveiled Details of his Debut Album
Details of the new Jake Bugg album have been unveiled. The newcomer from Nottingham hopes to release his studio effort on the 15th of October. The album is self-titled with 14 tracks including ‘Lighting Bolt’. This particular single featured on the BBC coverage of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Recently the singer supported the Stone Roses when they did their only London show at the Adidas Underground. They were supporting the games. It was a celebrity-packed audience including the gold medalists Bradley Wiggins, Jessica Ennis and Pete Reed. Others were Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin, Wretch 32, Example and Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream.
- A tour is in the works: We understand that the singer is going to be touring with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds. They will play an intimate show on the 14th of August at Dingwalls in London. He will then move on to the Reading and Leeds festivals at the end of next month.
