Azealia Banks has revealed the details of her first single taken from her debut album!
The “Yung Rapunxel” was taken from her debut album and is expected to be released on the 12th of February (next month)!
The American singer and rapper Azealia Amanda Banks (her true name) or famously known to her stage name Azealia Banks has revealed the details of her single titled “Yung Rapunxel” which was taken from her upcoming debut album titled “Broke With Expensive Taste”.
The track is expected to be release on the 12th of February next month ahead for the release of her debut about which is on the Spring. On the other hand, Azealia Banks speaks trough Twitter yesterday (January 28) saying: “BIG CHANGE OF PLANS”, and after that he then wrote: “My first single is actually not going to be Miss Amor / Miss Camaraderie. It’s goin 2 be a song called “YUNG RAPUNXEL” prod. By @LILINTERNET.
Banks has then posted saying that “Yung Rapunxel” is gonna be released on the 12th of February 2013 and then she re-tweeted a tweet came from @Azealianews fan account that describe the track as a “the lead single from Azealia Banks debut album”.
On the other hand, Banks has enjoyed a sales surge recently, following her Twitter spat along with her fellow rapper “Angel Haze”. Then the tweets have turned into a row with the gossip blogger “Perez Hilton”.
After that, Azealia Banks was criticised by the GLAAD or Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation group for saying that Hilton is a “messy faggot” during her online conversation with Haze.
Banks become known after singing to the Interscope Records and Polydor Records and then become more popular after topping the NME’s “Cool List” for the year. After that she was then nominated for the BBC Sound of 2012 and won the third place. Banks debut single titled “212” featuring Lazy Jay was released on the 6th of December 2011. Earlier last year on the month of July, Banks released her mixtape Fantasea.
